Creativity

We are pioneers in introducing a Quality Management System in a research institute, so every day we have to create new strategies and tools!

Teamwork

There are 8 of us in the team, and we support more than 300 people between us, so coordination and trust are essential.

Lab work never goes to plan and often requires adapting and quick changes for timely returns of data.

Problem solving

One key part of my job is Issue Management, so I always have to figure out solutions to different problems.
